Discovery Workshops
We offer one-day discovery workshops open to everyone.

Program:
During a discovery workshop, you will typically explore:
- a general exposé of our work and the proposed subject
- during the morning, one or two energetic practices that purify and cleanse the body of dense energies and assist in opening the womb/hara and/or the heart
- during the afternoon, a more in depth look at the chosen subject along with one or two more practices, yoga or meditation
- time for questions/answers
Who are discovery workshops for?
They are open to all, whether you are on a spiritual path or not.
All - men, women, singles, couples, parents and teens - are welcome. Typically, this will be most interesting for those in the following groups:
- peer groups
- women's circles
- men's groups
- associations, sites or blogs devoted to couples/sacred union/conscious relationship/counseling for couples or conscious maternity, birthing and education
- clinics, associations, sites, blogs connected with issues around sexual health
- part of a kundalini yoga, tai-chi or meditation group
- Young adolescent women just entering their journey into the sacred temple of their womb are also particularly welcome.

How to organize a discovery workshop in your home or area?
If you wish to explore one of these subjects and experience the type of work that we offer by organizing a workshop in your home or area, contact us. In order to do this, you will need:
- to bring together 10 or more people, which could be 5 couples of friends or 10 memebers of a network or group that you frequent. You can use space in your home if it is sufficient.
- to rent a space/room of at least 30 square meters (roughly 270 sq. ft. i.e. an 18 ft x 15 ft room)
- plan on one yoga mat or mattress pad per person.
Cost and registration:
The cost per person is 100 euros for the day, less for groups great than 15 people.
Registration is accepted with a deposit of 200 euro for the group, with the balance due in cash from the organizer onsite.
